These rooms have a 3-hour checkout. The user will vacate the room before the three-hour checkout period has elapsed.
They are to return the audio-visual accessories to an I-Create Lab staff member and will not leave them unattended.
If equipment is damaged or if accessories are returned in unacceptable condition, my room-use privileges may be revoked until the situation is satisfactorily resolved.
There is a $3.00 fine for every hour the room is returned late.
Rooms will only be held for 15 minutes past reservation time.
You must validate your reservation before it can be approved. You will recieve a validation email , please respond accordingly when you receive it.
