Make Your Own Ofrenda In-Person

Make Your Own Ofrenda at the I-Create Makerspace In celebration of Día de los Muertos, this event will invite students/faculty/ and staff to create personalized ofrendas honoring their loved ones. Using shoeboxes as miniature altars, participants can decorate and design with materials provided by the Makerspace, bringing only a copy of their photos. This hands-on activity blends cultural tradition with creativity, offering students/faculty and staff a meaningful way to reflect and connect.
